It seems like everybody has one of these things, so it’s worth a post!
Users are reporting fixes including improved battery life, faster web browsing, improved bluetooth connections, and support for free triangulated GPS routing with Google maps.
Important: Updating the firmware will erase evrything on your phone and is not meant to be done by the faint of heart! Be sure to back up your phone before installing the new firmware and then resync your phone once you are done updating the firmware to return all of your original data. Also be sure that the hotsync is set to syncronize the files, as opposed to handheld overwrites desktop or desktop overwrites handheld!

dan u must get the new treo 800w its got wifi and many other great options
I had to download Google Maps 2.0.2.0 from http://google.com/gmm on my Centro even after the update.
In addition, apparently Google Maps still cannot use GPS on the Centro to triangulate your location so it bases itself off of info from the nearest cellular tower.
i downloaded the 1.07 and i dont see any difference
