Update:08/29/06
Effective immediately, Jetblue points will never expire if:
-You own the Jetblue credit card.
-You earn/spend at least 1 Trueblue point every 12 months.
This makes the Trueblue mileage program far more valuable and useful, and makes Jetblue the only LCC that has points that may never expire.

What you may not know:
-Changes to your flight cost $25 if done online and $30 by phone (besides for the difference in fare) Cancellation of a non-refundable flight costs $30, the remainder may be used for 1 year from original date of purchase.
-Standby is free ONLY on the flight immediately preceding your flight, otherwise same-day confirmed changes are $25.
-Excluding the first 10 rows or so, which offer a still above average 32″, Jetblue offers more legroom in coach than any other carrier, at 34″
-Although Jetblue only offers only coach seating, every seat is leather and comes with free DirecTV.
-Jetblue only operates the Airbus A320(3×3 seating, capacity-156), and the Embraer ERJ-190(2×2 seating, capacity-100)
-Jetblue’s international service includes the Bahamas, Bermuda, Dominican Republic, and will soon include Aruba.
-No US airline has ever started with more capital than Jetblue.
-Jetblue occasionally has really good companion deals, called “get-it-together” fares, including a deal posted here last November for $130 from NYC to LA that brought 3,000 unique visitors over to ctownbochur.com
-Jetblue rarely bumps people off flights because it is the only US carrier that has a policy to not “oversell” flights, a practice followed by other airlines to compensate for no-shows.
-Jetblue allows each of the 2 free checked luggage pieces to be up to 70 pounds!
-Jetblue fares are not offered on most 3rd party sites (Orbitz, Expedia, etc.)
-Jetblue is the only airline that lets any customer pre-reserve a coveted exit-row seat.
