    haha, that’s great!
    Sonim XP1? Looks a lot like those military-grade nextel handsets available. Had one of those when I worked installing telecom equipment, because I needed durable electronics for my job.
    I still have an IBM Thinkpad from then that survived numerous drops and falls from on top of equipment cabinets and server racks. Its old now, and my daughter uses it kick around. It still works!
    Toshiba I think has that toughbook series that is supposed to be even better.

    Bottom Line: Electronics like this are available, but u gotta be willing to pay the price.
