1. Eligibility: The “20 Days of Deals & Giveaways” (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of countries where giveaways are permitted by law. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of DansDeals are not eligible to enter or win. Entries are limited to one per person per day. There is no limit on members per household.

2. Sponsor: This Giveaway is sponsored by DansDeals (“Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By entering the Giveaway, participants fully agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any entry in violation of these Terms and Conditions will be deemed void.

4. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 10:00 AM ET on November 7, 2024, and ends at 10:00 AM ET on November 26, 2024. Each daily entry period runs from 10:00 AM ET to 10:00 AM ET the following day during this timeframe.

5. How to Enter: Participants may enter each daily giveaway by submitting their full name and email address via the entry form on DansDeals. Only one entry per person per day is permitted. Entries submitted through automated means or by multiple accounts for the same person will be disqualified.

6. Prizes: Over the course of the 20 days, more than $50,000 in prizes will be given away. Prize details and values will vary daily and are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or alternative prizes will be provided. DansDeals reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be randomly selected each day following the close of that day’s entry period. Winners will be notified via the email provided at the time of entry within 48 hours of selection. If a winner cannot be contacted, is not opted-in (subscribed) or fails to claim the prize within 12 hours of the notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Privacy and Use of Personal Information: By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information in accordance with DansDeals’ Privacy Policy. Participants acknowledge and agree that their email address may be used for marketing purposes by DansDeals and may receive promotional emails. Participants can opt out of such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email.

9. Limitation of Liability: DansDeals and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical errors or delays that may prevent entry submission. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless DansDeals from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize awarded.

10. General Conditions: DansDeals reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway or any of its Terms and Conditions, at any time, without prior notice. All decisions by DansDeals regarding the administration of the Giveaway are final and binding.

11. Governing Law: This Giveaway is governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
