I registered, voted for an international hotel and still never saw any offer for the free book—so how do you do it?
You will get the book.
After you login the page says,
“To vote on the International Hotels, Resorts and Spas you’ve visited in the past year, you may search for them by name or browse by country or letter of the alphabet using the search bar above or links below.
You may leave your ballot at any time until October 1, 2006 and return to resume voting by clicking on Vote at zagat.com. Your votes will be saved. When you’re finished voting and ready to finalize your ballot, click “Submit Votes” or “Update Votes.” You must submit your votes before the survey deadline to receive a free copy of the resulting guide when it is published.”
