I have blogged previously about futurephone.com which provided free international calling to over 60 countries.
While that service appears to be down more have popped up in the meantime.
Here are some more access numbers to call:

The area code for all of these is in Iowa.
As I said last time I still recommend blocking your number by dialing *67, which is free from all phones, before dialing any of the access numbers so that they have absolutely no way of billing you or having your number.

this service has not let me call any palce ive tried. from Rostov, to Australia (cellphone) or any cellphone for that matter, not in israel either.

It doesnt work to cell phones.
They are from a couple of companies.
it doesnt let me call! It keeps asking for my account number.
