First off, this is not the $20 Service To Get Out Of Any Cell Phone Contact…
In the January bill T-Mobile told all customers that SMS is going up from .05 to .10/sms message.
According to your contract if T-Mobile raises any prices you have 30 days from receiving notice of the change to opt-out of the contract for free!
If you do decide to cancel your contract:
-You must cancel service, you cannot just continue month to month.
-You cannot sign up for new t-mobile service under the same SSN for 90 days.
If they wont let you cancel be sure to talk to a supervisor/try calling back at a different time.
If you still cant cancel for free contact your states attorney general (you should be able to do this online) to get quick results!

Poster #2-Yes!
dan your amazing! ive been dying to get out of my contract for like 3 months now
Wow! I just did it and it worked like a charm. They tried to get me to stay saying that there was no such thing and then when I cornered them they tried to offer me all kinds of things but then they let me out (at the end of my cycle) without a penalty!
Thanks for the tip.
