If you signed up and haven’t received an email yet, be sure to keep an eye on your inbox over the next couple of days and check your spam folder. Once you get the card, you can follow the steps below to donate it to tefillin.

Update 12/19/24: Alive again, these will be fully claimed soon, so be sure to enter an email now to get your gift card! Based on historical trends this will be the last time these are available until December 2025.
You may need to open the link incognito, and you may need to use a new email address and use a new browser from last year.
Once you receive your Gift Card code via email you can assign it to a charity.
If you assign the $50 to go to EIN 84-4544875 (Bais Dovid Cleveland) you can do it via this link, 100% of the donation will go towards purchasing tefillin for people who have committed to putting them on daily! You can also write a note if you prefer the tefillin go to an IDF soldier or a civilian. We have already distributed more than 2,400 pairs of tefillin since 10/7!
