What are you supposed to do about booking for an infant. Tam is terrible customer service.

@ben89: It is terrible. Call the main number after you book and ask to speak to TAM, not LAN/TAM. YMMV.
Best way is to come 2.5 hours before the flight and add the baby at the counter. Then head to the Admirals club lounge a few hundred feet from the gate and enjoy coffee, tea, Chobani yogurt, cereal and milk, orange juice (all depending on your kashrus standards) and a free drink at the bar. Or head to the flagship lounge right after security to your left and take a shower too.

Used them won’t fly with them again. No online check in and no kiosks so you have to go to an agent in order to get checked in. I missed a flight because I had to wait 45 minutes to add my infant to the reservation.
@ben89: Go to the airport someday earlier than your flight by yourself and add the infant then?
