I bought tickets back in Nov for JFK—>Bur(cali) for 260 a piece (which is a great deal in itself). My flight happens to leave today and then I see this. Anyone know if I can get Jetblue to honor these prices even though I booked them in Nov?

Keep on getting “Internal server error” crash. This is BS on the part of JetBlue! Don’t offere if you are jsut going to frustrate people!

called and got them to cancel. Turns out it was less than 7 whole days away. But the rep was very nice.

NYC-LAX can’t get pass the booking page. After filling all info I click to BOOK, the website takes me back to a new search! Is JetBlue playing games?! Any idea?

I had the same experience as Abe – so irritating!

It’s frustrating! I dropped everything I was doing and tried several times to book 2 tickets from LA to NY and once I put in all the info and click Continue it gives me an error every time (not to mention that the website is overloaded and just crawling along):

I called the airline and they put me on a 17 min hold.

I booked the flight to LAX – and now am stuck there – can’t get the site to work – have been close a few times with cc information but then it crashes. Those that called Jet Blue – is that a viable option to book a return or should I be patient and wait until later today and try again. If I can’t get home I will have to cancel my tickets.

Be careful! I’ve had a situation on the Jeb blue website where after I put my cc info they kept redirecting me to the previous page. I gave up after a couple tries and booked tickets a different day. When my cc statement came I saw they charged for both trips and they would not refund the original trip which was never confirmed and never got an email confirmation. That was $250 in the garbage. Make sure this doesn’t happen to you!!

The website is terrible. Booked LAX-JFK, put my credit card in and took me back to home page 4 times.

Just dispute the amount with your CC company. Should be easy.

tried to book for over an hour and kept getting bumped – over 25 times. then I called and they booked it over the phone, without charging the phone fee! Coast to coast for $64 – that’s better than PeoplExpress!

I did file a dispute wit the cc company and jet blue didn’t accept it. They say on their end it was confirmed

You can’t call in either. They say they’re overloaded with calls so they’re hanging up. Sometimes this website kills deals before anyone gets a chance to use them.

If you have time to call and be on hold for an hour then an agent can search for flights that may not be showing up on the site. Booked from LA to JFK on the 3rd for $37, the flight back is $149 tho….still under $200

In the end I was able to get 2 $32 one-way tickets from LA to NY (the last two at 6:30 AM!) but by the time got back into the website to get the return tix they were all sold out. The Jet Blue agent finally answered the line (after a 20 min hold) and got me two tickets back at $148 on Sun (also at 6:30 AM), but still not bad a $180 round-trip LAX-JFK. We had a very good trip (despite the snow and ice all around).
