Air France/KLM Flying Blue often offers mileage bargains for flying on their own and on Skyteam flights.

You can also get a 20% bonus when you transfer points from Chase through 1/15.

Currently, some short-haul flights on Delta are pricing even lower than initially advertised!

For example, a flight from Cleveland to Detroit initially appears for 5,000 miles in coach or 15,000 miles in business class:

But after selecting the flight, the price drops to just 2,000 miles in coach or 5,000 miles in business class, which would also include 2 checked bags:

LaGuardia to Boston drops from 5K miles to 4K miles in coach after selecting the flight:

Los Angeles to San Diego drops from 5K miles to 2.5K miles in coach or 15K to 6K miles in business class after selecting the flight:

Seattle to Portland drops from 5K miles to 2.5K miles in coach or 15K to 7K miles in business class after selecting the flight:

Minneapolis to Rochester, MN drops from 5K miles to 1.5K miles in coach or 15K to 4K miles in business class after selecting the flight:

Albany to LaGuardia drops from 5K miles to 3K miles in coach or 15K to 7.5K miles in business class after selecting the flight:
