Aren’t BA short-haul flights already 7,500 Avios a flight?
@Moshe Rubinovich:
No.
Is this an upgradable ticket?
Are there any available starting in israel?
Can you get a longer layover in Amsterdam?
@Mark: Are you looking to get high in Amsterdam ? Check online if you can cram in a legal high 😉
You can get this deal From yul montreal for $473.33 US
@Dan: if you fly before February it’s 9000.. But that’ll change and @Moshe Rubinovich after then it goes up to the price you said
@Todd:
Book, not fly.
Had previously purchased this through Orbitz. However, apparentaly the KLM ElAl partnership through Delta is not 100% so my connecting flight was changed and I now have a 13 hour layover in Amsterdam but continue my flight on KLM arriving at 2am the following day (into 3rd day of traveling) …so yes you can have a longer layover…though I would actually prefer to switch mine back and be in Israel earlier.
Your post on cancelling flights with Priceline states:
“a generous cancellation policy on airline tickets that involve travel to, from, or within the USA.”
Do you mean that includes flights from Canada as well or is this a mistake?
@Dan: Touche
You can get to toronto in lie flat buisness class on TAM/LAN for 236RT posted in forums
@Zalmen:
looked, couldn’t find. for which dates? on which site?
I checked in February
@Anonymous: mark was asking for that,
Priceline doesn’t show option for under 2 yrs old…anyone know what to do for what will be a 5 month old baby???
@Yehuda:
Just make the age 2, no big deal.
But then I’ll be charged for a whole other ticket?
@Yehuda:
Infants aren’t free!
Better off buying a dirt cheap ticket and having a seat (bring a carseat onboard so they can sleep) than paying for the right to hold your child for 30 hours of flying…
@Dan:
I understood that he doesn’t want to pay for a seat for the infant.
@DAN if I’m flying YYZ to TLV via JFK on on the way back can I get off at JFK and claim my luggage or since YYZ isn’t in the us they won’t give you your luggage ???
@Dan Yehuda didn’t ask an opinion if to purchase a full fare (although cheap) for a infant for the comfort of having his own seat
He asked if an infant ticket could be purchased via priceline,
and the answer to this is no, neither will they sell you a child fare which is usually anywhere between 10-25% of the adult fare depends on the market
Now we can give opinions after his question was answered
Are there any specials for business class tix or can you buy a coach ticket and upgrade to business?
If search in google flights you will get additional options and dates for cheap KLM-ElAl flights from Toronto to TLV. You then need to call the airline and give them the flight numbers that Google flights gives you in order for them to piece together the flight. We tried it online and by calling KLM, but you can’t get the same deal unless you tell them the exact flights that google flights gives you and then they piece it together for you.
I have Delta status so I get a free second bag. My understanding is that on KLM I get that as well.
But if I buy a “KLM” ticket that places me on an El Al flight they will charge me for the second bag, correct?
@dave:I need to go from TLV to Montreal. The price on priceline was quite high. Am I doing something wrong or did the prices go up? thanks
what about taking along luggage on the ba flight from nyc to yyz since it isn’t a connecting flight
