United also has one way in premium economy from EWR to TLV for $824 available for many dates, so if you’re looking for flights EWR-TLV, you can fly to TLV in premium economy, and return in business for a total of $2060 (134k Amx MRP), if you book separate reservations, with the return from TLV using the deal above
When booking United fares with one way in business, and return in coach using MRP, it cannot be done online, you need to speak to the platinum travel desk
How do you book a split flight to biz out/ coach return on the Amex site??
How do I change the second leg of the flight to coach?
If you are booking on United’s site, just click on the business ticket for the outbound, and then it bring you to the return page, and you can chose coach for return.
Amex doesn’t allow you to split biz/coach online, but if you call and ask for the platinum travel desk, they can do it for you. (the regular Amex travel usually cannot, so ask to be transferred to the platinum travel desk)
If I use “my” sapphire preferred or reserve to book a ticket for someone else, is that traveler gonna get all the benefits (free trip cancellation/interruption insurance, travel accident insurance, etc)?
Only the close relatives they list
Don’t see it anymore still alive?
me to…..
Has anyone experienced that United doesn’t ever have enough kosher meals?
Since the return of Kosher post-covid, you need to call and request it for each reservation.
Having “kosher” in your profile isn’t good enough (I actually spoke with ground and flight crew on that and confirmed it).
Perhaps Dan can get this corrected with management now that it’s back.
It isn’t enough to put in on your reservation?
IS the deal alive? and if yes, what is the cancellation policy for tickets booked in business?
Still alive.
I booked via Amex with return in coach, and they said that it is fully refundable. (it’s past 24 hours, and on United’s website, when I click cancellation options on my booking, there is an option to have the full amount credited back to original form of payment)
is this dead? I am searching for my parents and neither of the dates in december show this price points. all look to be $3K RT
