I just booked a TLV-Kiev-JFK flight, but it is only showing the KSML as a $17 purchase option. anyone know how to get the free KSML? I assume they’ll only serve on the long haul Kiev-JFK leg.
I wouldn’t pay $5 for a KSML.

The $17 is only for the short haul flight.
The long haul flight is free. You just need to call in and reserve.
Even when they’re free I bring my own food.
flew them last year,, flight, service and food were fine,, shame to say that our brethren were the only rough part of the flight,, ( standing when should be sitting, arguing over overhead baggage placement ect.. )

Air France seems to have similar prices for some dates. However with relatively long atop overs in Paris. Not a bad thing if you want to tour.

Read the fine print of the airline. Sometimes changes canNOT be done even for a fee. Sometimes its’s allowed for a small of large fee.
