Booked a few weeks ago for $1250 a ticket through Chase. Can’t get them to budge to give me a credit and rebook. I will forfeit the difference, and since I used Chase, United so t do a price fare reduction. So upsetting. Out $900 for 3 tickets

Dan is the Man

I had a similar situation a few years ago. Call united and ask if they could take control of the ticket for a $50 fee, then they were able to get me the difference in fare for United credit.

moshe

Will United or Delta match my ELAL Platinum status?

Josh

If you buy with chase points, it looks like it’s non-refundable after 24 hours, right?

Ben

United actually had some $850 round trip fares for Mid May, but those were gobbled up fast

Risa

If these are purchased with Chase rewards and then are cancelled due to “security” situation, do the points go back to Chase or would it be a Delta credit?

NTorch

I had a flight booked with Chase points on Air Canada which was cancelled after 10/7 by AC. The points went back to my chase account.

jake

i just booked for end of nov with skymiles a roundtrip tlv-nyc operated by elal for 72k miles
