Remember to travel responsibly and take precautions as suggested by your local authorities to avoid spreading the virus.

Maybe add to disclaimer 2 that Israelis are required to quarantine upon returning to Israel
Can you book for now and then rebook for pesach
From delta website

No change fee until June 30 but fare change may apply
I don’t get it. If I book a round trip, let’s just say for some time in August, for $784, and then I cancel it, it will remain as an open ticket that I can use whenever I want for 2 years without blackout dates?
One year and From delta website
https://www.delta.com/global/en/travel-update-center/cancel-change-requirements
No change fee until June 30 but fare change may apply
Delta adds a surcharge for tickets purchased from a USA Point of sale departing from TLV
The $586 fare is not available purchasing through Priceline.com Orbitz.com or Expedia.com
there is a surcharge of $50 in the fare if purchasing through USA POS
If you search on Delta.com from TLV its will default to TLV POS
Thank you. Very lucid and helpful info.
if i book to complete trip by 9/30, can i change just to one way(the return) without paying price difference? or i can only make changes to full round trip?

No change fee until June 30 but fare change may apply
no mention about changing the inbound flight if one already used the outbound.
whats the business class fare? how does it compare to BA or Elal?
@Dan,
If one purchases a ticket through Priceline or anywhere other than Delta or a CC booking portal, would it still be possible to upgrade travel class using points?
Doesn’t matter where you book.
any way to split a charge between 2 credit cards?
Seems the difference in fare waiver for changes prior to 9/30 travel only applies to tickets purchased before 4/17
The wording is certainly confusing.

Elal just matched the price
on what date
if I book with miles before June 30 does the no change fee apply?
Question, if you change the flight, can you change to a flight that is more than a year from the purchase date? Meaning if I book today I can change the flight until June 2021, but can I change to a flight that leaves after June 2021?
I just heard that El Al is cancelling all flights until July 31. This may be just a rumor
I am looking at August9 date for Elal with a $785 price
and return?
Booked! Thank you!
Thanks Dan!
Got 6 for $586 for my son and his family!
If you are going to travel, better off direct- to limit the number of people who’s air you will breathe, and to avoid complications at another stop over country.
If I take one way, can I request a ecredit for the return leg, or only change the date?
