Aegean: Fly With Up To 8 Kids For Free
Athens based Star Alliance carrier Aegean is offering free flights for up to 8 kids under the age of 12 with 1 paid adult ticket.
You’ll also get 50% off checked baggage and double miles.
You’ll need to select the family fare for free kids tickets.
This offer is valid for Aegean economy or business class flights booked by February 27th for travel from March 4th through October 26th.
While the base fare for up to 8 kids will be free, you will still have to pay for airport taxes.
Unfortunately Aegean does not fly to the US, but they do serve Tel Aviv. You can book travel on many other airlines between Athens and the US.
Aegean flies nonstop from Tel Aviv to Athens, Heraklion, Larnaca, Rhodes, and Thessaloniki.

Would they also give a seat to a child under 2 for free or would they require them to be on lap

Not seeing family fares on some of the routes from Tel Aviv such as to Larnaca. Is it not available on certain segments?
I don’t know if this is helpful or not, but Aegean does fly from athens to toronto. So people could technically fly from tel aviv to athens to toronto, which is not to far off from the tri state area.
But then you end up with upside-down plane in yyz
