This is bookable for 183,490 points with AMEX with insider fares. Plus you’ll get back a 35% rebate with the Business Platinum Card or a 25% rebate with the Business Gold Card, dropping the total needed to as low as 119,268 points. That includes all taxes and you can still earn miles for flying!
While I’m not seeing this fare with Chase points, you can always book any JetBlue travel via the Chase portal to get a value of 1.5 cents per point from the Chase Sapphire Reserve® or 1.25 cents per point on the Chase Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card® Card or Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card. You can then convert those funds into your JetBlue travel bank. From there you can book directly from JetBlue.com.

How many miles would you earn?
Regarding using Amex points vs chase. If the price of a ticket goes down, Amex allows re-ticketing and receiving a flight credit. Chase doesn’t provide a credit.
IINM, canceling JetBlue flights within 24 hours will always go back to the original form of payment. You’d have to wait 24 hours for the funds to go to travel bank (on non basic tickets).
You can contact them/DM them to convert it into TB funds right away.
They’ve given me a hard time as of late doing that.
Booked mint JFK-CDG for 173000 JetBlue points + $148.
Thank you Dan.
