I was on with them, booked, seats picked and all. Gave them my cc and then she came back and saud payment procesing was down bc system is down. I had the seats and all but they dont hold reservations so she said theres nothing she can do now. I told her to note it in my account. Anything I can do to have them honor it?
Mind you I was on with them for 1 hour and 55 minutes finding the dates, times, and seats…

I spoke to a rep that said the sale will go back up when the site is fixed but that the phone reps have sold out their sale tickets. Don’t know if that’s accurate but fingers crossed
