What are the date ranges?? Like when does it begin and when does it end?
will the miles accrued be towards elite status? I would assume so since Iberia and BA now provide AA elite miles but just wanted to confirm – g
It seems from my very open search the sale dates are from March 2011 to June 2011
Anyone found this deal for around Pesach time… in April?
I can’t find any other dates
How do you put kids on that are infants? I dont want to pay a full minor fare, only an infant fare! I cant see an option for that. It is so annoying!
I just bought 2 Tickets for me and my wife to Milan.

[…] Dan’s Deals has written up the fare as well: Bookable on Travelocity. […]

I wonder if there are cheap tickets out of these places to Israel and save there as well. Any finds?
Also available at Iberia.com@Etan G: Who’s “etan G”?
It worked! We’re going iy”h! By the way it works on tons of dates. It is only an additional $400 to Israel if you make a long enough window to fly to Israel in between your itinerary dates.
whats the best way to get a great rate for hilton universal la?
looks like the rules for the days are
PERMITTED 26OCT THROUGH 13DEC OR 25DEC THROUGH 02APR ON THE OUTBOUND TRANSATLANTIC SECTOR. SEASON IS BASED ON DATE OF ORIGIN.

Is this a price mistake why is it so cheap? and are there any other dates?
i know about 10 people that got tickets for Lizensk for $350
You can also just go straight to http://www.iberia.com and book it there. That way, Iberia will usually stand behind the booking if something goes wrong. Also they have handy tools to see which dates the cheaper prices are available.
good luck!
this is craazzzyyy
multi citi works just tried, but i only booked jfk-par 23mar-30mar
Wow, we just found this less than 2 hours ago, and already a group of at least 5 friends are taking a one week trip to europe!!!!
Our dates are jan 19-jan 26, flying to paris, and back from milan – total of 251
Thank you thank you and thank you again!!!
Anything from Chicago? It shows me the cheap price ($214 return) all the way through the final page then it jumps to $1400 for two people from ORD-CDG.
it looks like you have to book the first leg of the trip during march… tell me if i’m wrong….
2/21 – 3/14 are good dates
It works!!! i booked from JFK to BRU at Jan between 4th to the 13th, and i got a sweet deal for $280. add a flight to Israel for $300 and BOOM! you got a flight to Israel for lest than $600!!!!!
Thanks Dan. Anyone see any january dates? I guess this is with saturday stay only?
@Debby Y:
With prices this low, perhaps just buy a seat for the infant?
@Jack:
You can email me if you’d like.
@JoeS:
Go to the trip notes tab on this site and read what I wrote about Paris.
Nice! I especially like Y.Y’s add-on of a trip to Israel for $300 I imagine that is a special add-on fare since he is already in Europe.
Do they still have specials like this to Asia as well, such as to Singapore or China?
@csz:
what dates
can someone find me a good deal to israel for purim?
I booked 3 separate itineraries with this deal…dan you are king!
I booked to go to London at the end of march for $435. What was interesting was that on kayak my flights came out to $478 but when I booked directly through Iberia it was $435. I think it’s pretty cool how the same exact flights I have been eyeing on ba for 2 months ( I need to go for a wedding) I just picked up for $435 despite the fact that they are still well into the 700’s on ba!!!
Btw does anyone know what type of MIleage I can expect from this trip as a ba executive club member? Thanks
@Jack: Fly to/from Akron, or do hidden city to Pit
I booked JFK-Milan 2/8-2/16. $251 R/T. I was able to book a lap infant through iberia.com for $70. If you book through another website you will have to call the airline for the infant booking.
Iberia.com is no longer offering the tickets on those dates but you can still get them on travelocity.
how did you add flight to israel for $300?
how do u count in europe to israel
I booked for 3 ppl 251 per person all inclusive 2/17-2/22. AMAZINGG!
any info from Toronto
ATT CSZ: WHAT ARE YOUR DATES TO LONDON?

Does this work the other way? Meaning to fly from Israel to Milan and then to NY at the end of March?

Booked BRU-JFK 5/1 returning 9/22 non-stop on AA for $398! Thanks Dan!
how did you add flight to israel for $300?
anyone know if this is good for going home pesach from Israel?

@Y.Y: was it a roundtrip ticket because i cant find dates that make it that chep does anyone know if you could get a $660 fo a rt ticket to israel
i just tried it – it seems like the deal is dead ?
is it ?
Boys and girls. To make it even better, there’s double miles with aa for this route
http://www.aa.com/viewPromotionDetails.do?fN=doubleMilesEurope11-10.xml&_locale=en_US
@MILES: march 2nd
@greg: thanks Greg that’s great for those flying before jan 31st
luv all the jewish names
@greg:
This would not work. When I discovered this fare yesterday and posted on FT I thought the same thing. However, AA credits miles according to Marketing carrier (IB in this case) no matter which airline you actualy fly. This fare will give you only 30% miles on AA or 25% miles on BA. So, if you need a cheap ticket – go for it. But don’t worry about getting the miles.
“as well as American Airlines marketed and operated nonstop flights between New York/JFK and Brussels, Belgium (BRU)” – this is not marketed by AA.
Has anyone managed to find this fair without a saturday stay? Thanks for any help
double miles only to spain and bru not milan or paris also these flights only earn 30%miles since it is a q fare so double would only be double 30%( i think)
the fare is still alive and well
Cannot find this deal price is coming up higher can anyone please help?
can you fill me in on how you got this worked out for Ey .
Any deals from Los Angeles to Milan??

Flight Date:Thursday, January 13, 2011
Miles Used:12,500
its still good
sounds like the guy who figerd the isreal part went on vacation…
any new dates that got this price? i am not getting anything in feb with $251.00 tax included.
My wife and I got tickets from JFK to CDG for 1/31 and returning from milan to JFK 2/15. Total: $502.20!!
@Moshe:
Nice!
@devoiri 251 is only for milan pari is 292 plenty of dates for both of those
EasyJet.com has the cheapest tickets from Europe to Israel, depending on the dates you can get a r/t for less than $200. But they only from London and Switzerland. So you’d need to fly to London or Switzerland on ryanair (as low as $15 r/t)and than take easyjet to Israel. Good luck!
is this http://aa.mediaroom.com/index.php?s=43&item=3108 a result of this deal?
tickets all come up as 491? anyone know if there are any dates left?
I didn’t catch how to use this deal to go to Israel for Purim ??? Anyone??
Thanks
@sara et all –
Go to Iberia.com for best way to search for the $250 range fares
@Marc:
I think it may be safer to buy from Travelocity.
If Iberia decides not to honor you have no backup plan.
If you buy from Travelocity you’ll have them to also rely on if Iberia tried to weasel out of this.
Thanks Dan. Searching on Iberia.com is just easier…so I guess its best to search there and book on travelocity.
Any advice on using this deal for going to Israel for Purim? 3/17-3/21
Thanks again. YOURE THE MAN
so i still don’t get it. I am flying from jfk to milan and it’s not showing as anywhere near $251!
and i chose 3/24 – 3/31 and its $448 plus tax.
you have to call them to put on the infant. we are traveling with 2 lap infants. there is a fee of 10% of the ticket price. you can also call to reserve a “sky cot” bassinet for a baby younger than 8 months.
@ Dan
I booked via iberia.com because they still had a ticket for 272 as opposed to trvelocity that went up to 410..Dan you say stick with 410?
We are looking for dates in Feb but I’m not finding ANY are they sold out or am I doing something wrong? with tax the flights are around $400/pp
@pnina: I can no longer get the deal on vayama or travelocity but you may still be able to find availability on iberia.com/us.
Someone just told me about this site and this deal, but when I checked the fare would be much higher. Figured it out on AA.com where it says travel must start by March31 and end by April 17. Problem is, my daughter got an offer to work at a Pesach hotel and won’t return til after that… 🙁
Question is, should I buy the $519 fare from my city to Milan or is there any decent hope of an extension?? Since I’ve just started here I don’t have a feel for whether or not these fares show up that often…
Anyone??
Thanks!
DAN the MAN, quick question can I buy it as refundable?
OOPS! Do I feel dumb! I was looking at American and forgot the $519 was EACH WAY…
The cheapest they have on her dates are still $610 after tax from JFK. And that was for connecting via London or Madrid. Nonstop is $960, which is a LOT more than $251 just for coming back 2 weeks later! Is it possible to get the lower fare direct from Iberia through Travelocity or Kayak?
Also, has anyone ever BEEN to Milan? I was offered that price going into MXP instead of MIL, or another to LIN called Linate. What’s the effective difference for travelers, if any? She will probably have to get a taxi to the area where her friend is in Seminary for the few days between arriving and flying to the town where the Pesach program is. I want to minimize both cost and hassle/confusion to a Non-Italian speaking Teen on her first overseas trip…
On another note, does this site ever give info on deals for the Eurotram? After Pesach the want to train travel to Spain, etc….
its over now…the cheapest you can get it is 425
is this dead now? are there any more valid dates or sites to book on?
@al613: continue reading the ft thread it seems that you will earn 100% mileage.
Dan, why would this deal not be honored by Iberia if you book it on iberia.com? It was a fully advertised deal (on their website).
I am little worried after ready all your replies, I booked this fare with iberia.com and I am worried they will try and squeeze their way out of honoring the fare, any thought on how to protect my self?
I’m not saying Iberia will cancel.
I’m saying that if they wake up and realize that they forgot to correctly calculate the tax+fuel surcharge that they can try to weasel out of honoring the ticket.
looks like deal is dead
@Dan
If i book a number of itineraries for a few different people, my question is can I put in one frequent flier to account to accumulate all the miles into one account? or does the name on the frequent flier account have to match the name on the itinerary?
booked to milan for a weekend !! looks like the deal is dead though cant get anymore tickets.
@E
I know Dan does not recommend it and after all as he is king he does know best but just in case you wanna take the plunge you can book via Iberia and still get the deal. I booked through the website and called AA and it was confirmed.
@Moshe:
Of course if you can only get it via Iberia then go for it!
What cities and dates did you find availability for?
is the deal dead????
@Dan
It’s easy to search for the cheapest fares on their website..you can find a whole bunch of dates. The one I booked was JFK-BRU/JFK-CDG 1/18-1/24, (I chose that itinerary for convenience, it wasn’t any more expensive going to and from the same airport.)
is this deal dead? im trying to book to paris but cant find that price for any date…
@Chana
I managed to find.
wa dates you looking for? Where to where? Lemme check
@Moshe:
trying on iberia jfk to milan is the deal still alive???????
how did you get it???????????
is the sale still going on? i tried looking on travelocity and couldn’t find it!
@Moshe:
JFK to Paris? How’d you get that? I thought the deal was dead. I can’t find anything on iberia.
If anyone can find a cheap deal to paris in january-my friend’s mother is on her deathbed and he can’t afford to go.
Is this deal still alive? If so, does anyone know which dates or locations are still available?
HELP!!!!!!! SOMEONE SAVE ME!!! I WANT TO TAKE MY WIFE ON A HONEYMOON TO PARIS!!!!!!!!
for crying outloud, IS THIS DEAL DEEEEEAAAAAD???
@yacov: http://www.iberia.com/us/flight-offers/ go there and click the origin and destination and pick the cheapest date that comes up@Miguel: Same thing goes for you
@Moshe:
what dates are you finding now?
@chaim: Dates are hard to come by I’ll admit…mmost the dates did increase. However if you go to AA’s website they feature a flight from JFK to Milan for like 268 and JFK to Paris for 284. Its in the left center of the home page. They only show 3 at a time so if you do not see the one you want just refresh the page
@Moshe:
I already checked there. The flight offers there are 31 hours old. When I click through, none of them exist anymore!
Anyone have any other ideas?
Help! None of the deals still work. Is it too late? I hope not, I’d love to make tix from 3/16-3/22. Anyone have any ideas? Pointers/tips? Or is anyone just bored and dying to help me? 🙂
@Dan:
Do you have any tips to offer for upgrades or free wifi at a Westin. I am a Starwood member but I don’t have the credit card.
A room upgrade may be very useful since some of the guestrooms at the Westin Milan can be very small. An Israeli traveler on Trip Advisor writes that they were originally built for servants traveling with those staying in the real guest rooms.
Dan, I have plentiful AA Mileage and I want to use it to book my hotel in Paris. Any ideas of which hotel to book?
hi, I keep trying travelocity with dates for pesach to paris and no price like this is coming up? help!
i just cecked the deals and i didnt find anything is it over??
I would to book a flight from NY- Paris for 2/10- 2/14 for the $251.
Dan – Any recommendations for a hotel deal in Paris using Starwood points, airline mileage or otherwise? We’re going in March for 3 nights. Thanks a lot!
@Jack: look online from ewr to columbus on a one way it usually stops in cle and usually the fare is $ 98-109 just take a carry on and get off in cle;the way back book from cle to allentown and it stops in Ewr then get off
I got the deal to go to Paris!! Thank you!! Though I want to extent the ticket for 2 more weeks… Any way of doing that without paying 500$ extra?
Dan – Do you know if there’s any way to upgrade one of these tickets to Paris? thx
@csz:
Where did you find this price?
Has anyone ever seen a similar deal? Still trying to send daughter to Milan for pesach for under $500…
