How reliable is the cancellation insurance with Sapphire Preferred? I booked but might have to cancel and I could use tips with the process? My experience with Sapphire on any other disputes has been dismal to say the least? Do I need a doctors note to take advantage of the insurance or can I just cancel? Thank you @dan
