I see it on Orbitz and Kayak. Better to book with Orbitz because of cancellation policy, as Dan wrote in the post.

No United anywhere

why dont i see anywhere on the booking page on orbitz that i can cancel till 11pm ET the next day? its says the tickets are non refundable.

United flights (for same day, similar times) are over $300 more than El Al. Is there a way to get United to price match?

in orbitz website it says that in case of cancelling a ticket they don’t charge a fee but there is an airline cancelation fee, is it different ?

They become non-refundable after 11pm ET the day after purchase.

Orbitz charges a cancellation fee. The exact amount is in the fine print somewhere. (around $15/ticket) It will show up on your cc statement along with the original ticket price and the refunded ticket price.

@Chana: if u cancel on the phone vs online they wtimesaive the $15 fee per ticket. Ive done this many times and always ended up with full refund

I don’t think its available for United anymore, just for Delta and ElAl.

when u say u can cancel for a fee is it within the first few days or later on

@live: first few days, when you go online to cancel within the grace period ur penalty its $10 per person orbitz service charge. But if you cancel on the phone you just tell them I’m making sure I’m getting the full refund and it works
