Try changing to the same flight, or just cancel and use the credit for the same flight.

If you just want to give the kids a ride, take them on spirit for 25$.
You can go to google flights or skyscanner and search “everywhere” (search engines don’t show southwest flights)
And here I am traveling on 3/17. Missed it by that much. Oh well.
Where do I enter the code? Don’t see an option for that anywhere?
You can’t enter the code on the low fare calendar, I think it may apply the code automatically (you’d see a 2nd price on a date with a slash through the first one). You can also enter the code once you’ve selected the dates of your flight(s).
I really like Southwest and fly them all the time. I have the companion pass and I’m A list. My own (confirmed) experience with this sale is that they raised the prices for the routes/dates that I checked. Disappointing.
