There are lots more amazing Hawaii deals today, post what other deals you find!
Want to read more about Hawaii? My love affair with Hawaii started 11 years ago when I posted and grabbed a deal paying just $87 for airfare and hotel. Since then I’ve been lucky enough to spend several months between the stunning islands, which each offer a unique and wonderful experience. You can’t go wrong with any of them, there are just 2 things is to be careful of.
1. Don’t get stuck in Honolulu. I’ve heard from too many people who spent an entire week and never left the city limits. That’s just a shame, they may as well have gone to Miami Beach. While I prefer The Big Island, Kauai, and Maui to Oahu, there is still plenty to see and experience on Oahu as long as you leave Honolulu behind.
2. Don’t try to “do” several islands in a week. If you just have 4-7 days of vacation then you should stick to one island. There will be plenty to do to keep you busy and it will allow for some time to relax. There’s no need to add the stress of interisland travel just for the sake of “doing” another island. With 9 days or more to play with, it does make sense to experience more than 1 island.
As for which island is best, read on and decide for yourself! If you ask 5 people you’ll probably get 6 different answers 😀

Can’t find any dates from San Diego. Looking for Mar 18-22
“Always search one-way”
With respect to the going to 2 islands point- It’s not a big del to “do” HNL if you’re connecting there anyway. I had a Monday PM flight out of HNL-EWR, and it wasn’t a big deal to fly OGG-HNL Sunday AM and have about 24 hrs on the ground. Was able to fit in Diamond Head and USS Arizona.
Of course, as you’re flying there anyway.
Can’t see any of these flights actually. Maybe something wrong with me. I’ve used ita Google and Priceline.
Any flights from NY?
Drive to PHL?
Amtrak to Phl better. More comfortableandno parking fees.
for a 6 hour layover in HNL is it worth leaving the airport?
Stay the night 🙂
just a shout out from hawaii
Just booked on Chase Travel for 23,500 approx from PHL-HNL with 1 stopver.
@dan I can’t seem to find any flights from Philly to Honolulu without a stopover. Do non-stop flights exist for that trip?
Booked an express deal on Priceline not knowing apparently they aren’t even cancelable within 24 hours of booking. Chatted w/ priceline and they were no help. However, I went to the airline site and it has an option to cancel. @Dan, know if this can be done for free given still within 24 hours?
is this deal working anymore. I cant seem to find it..
