Valid from Chicago, Houston, Newark, S. Francisco, or Washington DC to Johannesburg. (Apparently Delta agrees with my assessment that Denver and LA are both at risk of being dehubbed by United in the coming years)
The flight to South Africa must occur in March.
Sample dates:
Newark-Johannesburg from 03/02-03/10, 03/09-03/18, 03/24-04/08, etc.

I tried for multiple dates from Newark (17-31 or 17-28)to JNB and I cannot get this price 🙁

@Dan: So i cant get business for cheaper right?
@Dan: silly me, it said NYC
How much is airfare from San Fran to Johannesburg normally? How good a deal is this?
You also need to stay over a weekend.
Any kosher places to be nearby?
Seriously, what kinds of questions are these? You can’t take a moment to look up the normal airfare yourself and see if it’s a good deal or not?
Check out for Kosher places.

Doesnt work over Pesach only in March
Note, the flight time for the Atlanta-Johannesburg flight is over 16 hours. It’s well worth paying for an upgrade to Economy Comfort, if you want to arrive, and not go straight to the Asylum.
@Perel: Why would you think you can business cheaper??
@ohad the price of tickets to a place like johannesburg varies a lot by things like season, political climate, etc etc. i was bit by a “deal” recently that seemed really cheap to asia, but really just reflected a low travel season that most americans wouldn’t have been aware of.
it is totally reasonable to ask if someone with a bit more experience with this destination know just how good of a deal this is.
Ive been searching for Pesach flights since Sukkos and the best fare to south Africa i could find was around $1000 and that was via Europe with insanely long stopovers (12 hours or so)so this direct price is incredible and the lowest I’ve EVER seen especially for a direct flight. FYI -south African airways has been running a march promotion for $1000 from WAS or JNB which was a great deal to begin with..
Looking for a deal to Jamaica please keep your eyes open.

Car rental in JNB is fairly cheap. You can drive to the Kruger Park, and do the Safari yourself. There is no reason to pay somebody astronomical prices to go on a tour.
@Suzette – I used to work for a firm, that used to send me to Jamaica on business. I have no idea why somebody would want to go there for holiday. It’s a dump, and all the visitors just stay in a gated all-inclusive resort, and only leave for the airport.
is this only for march?
any way it will be for july/august
