No you can not. Since it is there are only a limited amount of tickets you can’t.
You are not allowed to gain from maaser and since there are only x amount of tickets being sold you are gaining bec you are buying a spot in the raffle. I never heard of a posek not holding like this. But of course call your own rav
what does x amount of tickets have to do, if its an unlimited amount I will be gaining as well, and will also have a spot in the raffle although the chances might be slimmer ?
I asked a Rav and he said it’s ok. There are machmirim that will not do it if it’s a completely limited raffle but there are definitely a lot of Rabanim that hold that you are allowed.
