By now the incredible work of Shai Graucher to help the Jews in Israel is legendary. From pop-up laundry stations, to food, toys, theme parks, and so much more the list would be endless.
While helping refugees from cities around Gaza, Shai heard their heartbreaking stories, and he asked what he can do. The feedback he got was equally heartbreaking, the families lost everything and didn’t even have money to get them to the end of the month. Shai has taken it upon himself to raise $500/family which is what it would take to help these families make it through the end of the month.
Shai called up Visa to find out if he can get fee free gift cards. They had heard about his incredible work and wanted to help.
For every $500 gift card donated Visa will be topping them off with an additional $50. That is in addition to having no fees on the cards!
It’s great to see major companies stepping up to help these refugees in their time of need.
