You can take your family for a special Sukkos Chol Hamoed Vacation on Monday–Tuesday, 09/23-09/24, at the CoCo Key Water Resort & Hotel in nearby Waterbury, CT. The price for the first 50 rooms reserved will be just $145 plus tax for the night. Subsequent rooms will be $175 plus tax for the night. Included in those rates are passes for up to 4 people for the indoor Water Resort private swim and play.
The CoCo Key Water Resort has a perfect temperature of 84 degrees, rain or shine! Your kids will enjoy 50,000 Square Feet of Indoor Adventure; the Adventure River, three 40-Foot Body and Raft Rides, a huge Activity Pool with Water Basketball, Lily Pad Adventure, and Parrot’s Perch Interactive Play Island with Zero-Depth Entry Kiddie Area.
The separate swim & play hours will be:
-Monday Evening: Women & Girls 5:30pm-7:30pm, Men & Boys 8:00pm-10:00pm
-Tuesday: Women & Girls 9:00am- 11:00am, Men & Boys 11:30am -1:30pm
While one group is in the indoor Water Park, the other group will take advantage of the large arcade and regular hotel pool.
There will be a Sukkah on premises, minyanim and a Simchas Beis Hashoeva.

@organizer: you could probably make nice money selling tickets to the water park for separate hours.
@organizer: How strict is the 4 person rule? What about 2 adults with four kids ages 6, 4, 2, and newborn? Do they allow sleeping in the sukkah (my husband sleeps in a sukkah on sukkos)?

Hotel told me max is 5 per room so I guess you will be ok with newborn sleeping in the carriage
