- $3,500 cash
Note that the winner will have to purchase their own airfare to Ushuaia, Argentina. The $3,500 cash portion of the prize will help with the airfare expense.

I think they broke even with 632 tickets. Great! Always hate to see a charity lose money.
Not sure how you do your math. But assuming Dan’s tzidkus ( based on the info with the other orgs) and that most people purchased 1 or 2 tickets the shul made some money.
I assume you know the combination of ticket buyers? how many exactly bought 1 ticket, and how many purchased 120 tickets?

This is an absolutely amazing local shul/shteeble in Lakewood its very unique in welcoming and accommodating all walks of life a true kind and warm place to daven. Pls help support this outstanding place!!! Oh and maybe just maybe u can WIN!!!

just got a phone call from the yeshiva asking if i would like to purchase the cruise from the winner for 20K…anybody want to split it and share a room?
I would love to join you. my wife is sleeping now (just got home from work) and I would need to ask her permission and figure out work schedule. I will be in touch tomorrow.
i decided not to participate and will eventually look at other options..after studying the itinerary I see there are basically almost 4 days at sea..back and forth thru the drake passage…and then one of the days in Antarctica is a shabbos where you cannot get off the ship…I am a photographer and would rather spend more days being able to shoot in Antarctica
