@avi: That wasn’t smart! It’s hot in LA on Succos!! Cancel them and book for January when it’s cold in NY and nice in LA.
@Anonymous: after living in NY my while life and spending the last few sukkos’es in L.A. I can assure it’s always gorgeous in L.A. on sukkos, and no rain! Sukkos in NY is unpredictable and especially with it being in the middle of October this year, I would expect lots of wind and rain.

I’m flying from LA to New Zealand and I’m looking for a flight from NYC-LAX on July 3rd or 4th. Any deals for those dates?
A few lonely $139 dates left. Want to leave on Thanksgiving to lAX? That’s ate $139. Most of the others in Oct., NOv. and Dec. are either 175 – 192. Still seems pretty low. I use Google Flights as that’s easiest to compare fares in a calendar grid.
Note that some of the cheapest flights they suggest are not necessarily non-stop.
