talking about staples rebates, you recently post a shredder, with a rebate of $35, that rebate is invalid, i have resubmitted it 2 times and still invalid

Have you called them?

They charge sales tax on the full price of $53.99. So, you pay another $4+ on top of $9.99. Also, it takes a day for your sale to show up in the system. So, if you apply for the rebate on the following day, you can immediately see that your rebate request is valid.

The in store $1 rebate how do I get that thanks

do the rebate’s site’s own chat (not the main staples site)
they will manually do it and approve the shredder rebate
i submitted it myself twice and each time it got deleted before doing the chat

they will be glad to take it from you and little cost to you

Wasn’t last weeks deal better? 5 reams in store purchase for $1 after rebate. Or the frequent $.01 per ream after rebate.

Got suckered on this one. Bought it, order acknowledgment said I would be emailed information on how to collect rebate — no information sent.

I ordered two cases totaled $117.16 (with tax)
i filled the rebate form (#15-555220) as directed but do i need to submit the rebate twice? or it will be auto by the order number?

I have the same question as Adi. Bought two cases, submitted 1 rebate or should I order those 2 cases separately and submit individual rebates?

I did the rebate thing and got an email stating its invalid, I would not have paid $50 for a case had I known

Chatted, and they fixed it!

Postcard arrived today (1/22, I am leaving town for a week) telling me that “all required products were not submitted.” Gives me until 2/6/16 to “return this card and any validating information to the [El Paso] address shown on the reverse side.” I think instead I will file a credit card claim. And remember not to shop at Staples again. “Chat with them” is not good advice when there is no phone number to call.

I received the postcard today also which states the rebate cannot be processed because “all required products were not submitted” and that this card must be received with whatever is missing by 2/6 when today is 2/2! I chatted on their site and they gave me a number to call which is an automated system to track and deal with your rebate. It said my rebate was processed and I should receive it in March. It also said the postcards were sent out by mistake due to a glitch in the system. I eventually got through to representative who confirmed it was a system glitch and who gave me a new tracking number though everything was fine and no worries.
