@Moshe: yes. Input 1st GC, it will drain the funds. Input 2nd GC. I don’t think there’s a way to tell them the charge less than the whole GC.

@chana k: I tried that I had GC 1 $5 and then did GC 2 $100. GC 2 replaced GC 1. Is there a way around that?

how do i input my cc info? it just tells me that my paypal balance covers full amount and isnt giving me an otion to change payment method

Is there anyway to put your gift card number directly on you’re ebay/PayPal account like with amazon? Or do you just need to keep a list of the gift card #stud and enter then in at checkout when you make a purchase?

there should be a small link that says change payment method. you may have to log in to paypal first and put your cc info there so they have it on file and make it an option.

@luvtotravel: No option, iinm. Send PayPal balance to another account, make purchase, and send it back to where it came from.

@MN: It typically takes an hour or two. Give it time.

Do I need to list my Ebay GC on my Paypal to use it to buy another Ebay GC?

@Dan’s the Man: Until you use an eBay gift card, you have to keep track of it. Once it has been used, you can see its number and balance as follows:
1. Login to you Paypal account.
2. Click on My Paypal.
3. Click on Wallet.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click on Classic Site.
5. Click on My Money.
6. Next to Gifts and Discounts, click on Get Redemption Code.

When I purchase next time they have this sale, I will be left with a $5 gift card and each time again so I will be left with several $5 gift cards? Or is there a way to combine into one card or apply to eBay account? TIA!

Which category earns 5x for these gift cards when purchased with an Ink card? I thought that only office supplies and telecommunications (cable TV, cell phone charges) qualify for 5x. What am I missing?

is ink bold also included in the 5x points

@Steve: It’s all a question of what category a merchant falls in, and it’s not always what you’d expect. For some strange reason, Paypal Digital Gifts and Cardcash are both coded as one of the 5X categories (telecom, I think). I’m not complaining.
