Great, I got 1 package. Now the question is whether to spend the next 3 weeks of my life hounding their customer service.

Got the package. 4×50. On the phone with their cs demanding rest of my order. They are refusing to honor saying it was a error on their end

Same here – thought I received one case instead of 4 and after calling my shul and telling them I was going to drop these off, I decided to open the box and saw 4 sleeves with packing material instead of 20. What’s the deal? Price mistake, okay – but why send them out like this? Hoping I’d put the case on a shelf and not notice? Not cool, Walmart…

received 2 sleeves of 50 cups only, was wandering how come the whole order fit into just 1 regular size box….

got huge box with just one of sleeve.!..so instead of 1000 I got 50 cups for $16

called them and refund being processed..they must have been angry…surprised they didnt just put one cup in this huge box!

I only received 2 Sleeves of 50 Cups Each for a total of 100 cups.

Missing 1900 Cups, Please ship the complete order as ordered.

I got 50 cups. And when I called they said. Well, out of stock, but the price dropped to 4.56 and I should call back when they are in stock and will honor it and also give a price adjustment. I asked, what if I just want a refund, they said, get this, “you will have to return the cups then…” Seriously?

Just received a refund as well ( ordered 4,000) I said I was upset because Walmart knew they did not fulfill the order ( shipped only 200) but did not initiate the refund process
They said it was out of stock but I checked the web site and they did have it. They said it was from a third party shipper.
They refused to ship a comparable item
Wasted way to much time in this nonsense.
Had they told me it was an error from the start and not charge me I would have fine with that….mistakes happen.
They should have manned up from the beginning and not make me initiate the refund

Ordered 2. They arrived (2 X 50) I called WM; they gave me a reference # to use when they’re back in stock – they’ll honor the price. Then they gave me a refund and told me to keep the cups!

Spoke with cup company and said that they don’t have

Not worth fighting thus one!
But I did and after 3 days I got to keep cups got credit of $15

Was happily surprised it came in 2 days even though it said 7-10 days delivery….

Just chatted with them online. They said they will issue me a refund and I can keep the cups
