Coupon not working

Be aware Shoebuy is now charging a $6.95 stocking fee per item for returns. I didn’t know this until I printed the label to return my shoes last night. Note the site says FREE EXCHANGES (not returns)

Already signed in with Visa checkout. Entered the code and it says “The promo code EMLVISACHECK15 has been applied to all valid items in your order” but has given me no discount.

I used visa check out but the total is not reflecting $50 off. Do you know if it comes off after I press “place order” or not?

Just used it twice & it worked, maybe bc I did it 2 diff ways. First time I did it thru shoebuys website & added the coupon code. Second time I did it thru an email they sent me w the offer & I didn’t need the code that way. Good luck

It does work on discounted uggs, its just certain styles are excluded.

Same thing happened to me. Finally I just order an extra pair of uggs and the $50 came off..

AMEX should cover the $6.95 restocking fee on returns.

I have a pair of Ugg classic in my cart and the $50 comes off when I use the promo but when I click place order I get this error message “Sorry but your order doesn’t meet the requirements for the promo code you’ve entered. Please remove the promo code and try again.” Any ideas?
