Update: DEAD!
—————————————————————-
Just schedule where you want to park. For example I chose to 2 park for 2 weeks at JFK:
Then I chose guest checkout, entered in my name and email, and then clicked enter discount code and used code: GRAVY
The price dropped to $0 with no credit card info needed:
Time will tell if they honor it.

They did last time
Got over a hundred
Posted this and it didn’t get any play from you
Maybe that was for the best bec now that you posted
It they will prob catch on….but yea it should work!
They would have honored it …. But now they won’t since your asking people to take advantage.
Doesn’t work in city just tried
BOOKED IN MIDTOWN FOR NEXT WEEK…THANKS
+1 JFK
Booked for my trip to Greece and London!
Just got two days in mid-town for next week. Thanks!
This seems to cross the line. Do you hoenstly beleive the company intended this to be a $250 per person promotion? Posting the deal is one thing and people who want to be quazi ethical may take advantage. But using the two weeks at jfk as the example is just asking people to take advantage..This will either kill the company or kill the deal either way people lose
@stop killing deals
In what way did Dan say to abuse it?
Allegedly just booked over Thanksgiving at JFK.
Thanks Dan you saved me over $200
Thanks!!!
Website is slow! 🙂
Thanks, just booked this weekend travel.
I dont see the guest check out
Shame there’s none in Local Boro Park~
@Michael:
I didn’t book that, but if they didn’t want that to happen they could have easily set a limit to the coupon value.
At any rate I did book parking tonight at the Cavs game. Will let ya’ll know how it goes 🙂
Does not work – never got an option to enter discount code. Went directly to payment page.
Looks like you can only use once now
Nice! Booked at JFK (in a month). Hope they honor!
(Probably a good idea to make an alternate refundable reservation for anyone traveling – just in case they don’t honor)
If this holds, it’ll be great!
It also appears in my ParkWhiz account automatically (must have picked up on my email address).
Thanks!
Dan it worked last time booked a lot of them
You shouldn’t have a problem but now it seems they fixed issue
You can only use once
@HS
Right under the price total
Booked for 12 days at EWR for $0, this is for my flight to TLV via Air Canada that cost me $279.50
Just got a night in downtown DC…thanks Dan!!
Just booked twice at JFK for 2 different trips.
Let’s see how they honor it over the next 2 weeks
Thanks. Got a day trip to NYC next week!
Thanks Dan.
Made reservation for parking for a week at JFK Lag Baomer time, now i just hope to get a good deal for a flight from JFK. I usually go every year to Eretz Yisroal.
How will it work if lets say for example i booked from Monday to Sunday, and i will only need it for Tuesday, will i be able to use it or if i dont show in a certain time i lose it?
Thanks any way
Booked ord. Thanks
Since ive used them before, i got this email this morning. I just didnt bother checking since i never imagined it would work for more than 1 day….
“Have a Thanksgiving loaded with all the toppings…
The last thing you want to worry about during the holidays is figuring out where you’re going to park. That’s why we’re giving you free parking with the code “GRAVY” at checkout.
Take me to my free parking!
Limited-time offer; offer valid until 11/30 or first 3,000 transactions. Limit 1 booking per customer.
+1 JFK saved $190
Wow, I’m not using SpotHero ever again!
Booked. Hopefully they honor it.
Just booked – works for ORD area as well, hopefully they honor it, thanks Dan!
Booked for two spot at AirPark at JFK for 2 weeks for Pesach. $0.00 with no credit card requirements. Thanks Dan!!! lets see if they honor it
Does not work at PHL. Never an option to enter discount code.
Shall we try monthly parking passes in Manhattan? 🙂
Thanks Dan,
Hopefully works.
@Dan: Thank you for the great deal Dan! Booked and ready to park!
Looks dead now
Not letting me book without CC info
@YC: tried already, code doesn’t work for monthly
DEAD!!
In for JFK in January for 10 days..Hope it works !
dead now
Sorry, that code is no longer valid.
DEAD
I got one, I wonder if you can take and bring back the car.
Booked 15+ times for Manhattan – Always difficult to find parking spot over shabbat – got covered until Mid-March 😉 Sweet!
I wonder if you can take and bring the car back to the spot as you wish.
dead
DEAD – just tried. 🙁
Sorry, that code is no longer valid.
@Todd: As of 5:52pm ET the promo code is no longer valid.
@Dan the coupon had been alive for current customers for over 40 hours it took you guys 1 hour to kill it. Like I said i dont mind you posting it but in your own words pigs get fat hogs get slaughtered. I really think suggesting that people use it for two weeks at jfk was asking for people to take advantage. Going to reiterate my question regardless of whehter the company did put restrictions on it… do you believe that the intent of the company was to offer this so people who have never used the service before can make multiple reservations valued at over 200 each?
Just tried to book for one spot and it said the code is not valid.
@Mike:
It was good for 3K uses. They got used. End of story.
Dead. “Sorry, that code is no longer valid.”
I think it was intentional. Very cheap viral marketing if they just cap total cost of coupon to themselves.
Will they honor? I booked 6 days of parking at EWR and 3 days at LGA.
@Dan honestly I think thats a bit naive.
@Mike:
What’s the naive part?
That was there stated limit and it got used. What am I missing?
@HansGolden:
Not really a cap on direct total cost
No way it was limited to 3,000 uses like they said. It was on SD way before it was on DDF which was way before it was on DDMS. Hopefully they honor the promo but hopefully they don’t go bankrupt doing so.
@Dan why do you think so many people are asking… “will they honor it”?
Because they know that they way it was being used was not the intened way.
If you believed that this was the way the company hoped the coupon would be used why did you yourself suggest that it may not be honored…..?
I have been on your site now for over 7 years and very much apreciate most things you post and am very grateful.
But this was one of those time where I believe you didnt follow your own rules.
@Mike: You’re argument was that encouraging a long stay in some way lead to the deal’s demise. But as Dan pointed out there was already a predetermined amount of uses (3000) and the length of the stay has no affect on it.
Dan has a large following and he does people a favor by bringing these deals to light. There is nothing wrong with that. It is actually a public service.
I got free parking for two different trips I will be going on this year so he saved me more than $200
It seemed too generous to be true to me, but it’s not my responsibility to ensure what coupons codes do.
I just write what can be done. If they need to cancel the promotion, I’ll understand. If they say they meant for it to be valid for just 1 day, so be it, though that’s poor programming on their part.
booked for 3 weeks near BWI. thanks dan. hope they honor it. doubtful though..
Last time you didn’t post and no one really purchased any
From you or anyone really
But now it looks like the caught on and will never get something this lucrative again
So is it honored or not if I got a confirmation?
Guys stop ganging up on @dan, he was right to post this. If the componey doesn’t want to honor it, it will be there choice.
To those who said @dan shouldn’t of wrote to book for “two weeks” how many of you just booked one free day? Exactly. 🙂 Sadly I missed the deal (thought it was dead and than it went back alive when ididnt notice) but glad it helped a lot of people.
200 x 3000 =600,000
I’m starting to see why this wasn’t such a good idea to post on here
Dan, I and many appreciate a lot of what you do. In this instance, I feel some shnuck made a mistake by not realizing that some people might use the coupon for long stays. The cost to the firm might be way higher than planned.
For you to state, “though that’s poor programming on their part” is a bit highhanded, you are not the arbiter of business practices for the secular world.

Then again, maybe they can afford it!
@Charles:
There’s absolutely nothing stopping them from cancelling the deal if it was unintentional.
I can’t divine what their intentions were. That’s not my responsibility. Nothing highhanded about that.
Thank you Dan!
Enough of the hating, no one is forcing anyone to take advantage of any deal. It’s a choice you make on your own. Agree with everything Dan has said here.
Dan, did it work for the cavs game?
Am I the only one who booked a few days and got an email from them stating that promo was for 24 hour parking only and they cancelled my parking pass and offering a new coupon for just 24 parking?
@JJ: JJ, Glad to see you’re defending your brother lol. I assume you’re a different JJ.
I actually booked this beginning of the week
As an fyi, they will honor as I used this today….
Also they are really cool!! Not the first time this came up, last time was by far better I was able to book as many as I wanted with code NYCFREE
anyway thanks buddy
@Anonymous:
Was odd.
The garage I booked had no attendant.
I called Parkwhiz though and then sent me a new pass to a garage a block away.
@Anonymous:
Considering this commenter has an NYC IP address, that’s a safe bet.
booked twice at JFK for 2 different trips one 8 days and one 9 days thanks dan
@Dan: So dan you think it will be honored?
Anyone else get this?:
Hello,
The “Gravy†promotional code is only for one day of parking. Because of this we have cancelled your parking pass.
If you have any further questions, concerns, or would like a replacement code for a free 24 hour parking pass please respond to this email or call our help center at (888)472-7594.
Thanks for your time.

Why do people follow these posts just to criticize? If there is a deal Dan is savvy enough to catch it and nice enough to post it so others can benefit too. Thank you Dan! The people who take advantage of these deals (i.e.:”I ordered 100 free whatevers, thanks Dan!”) have to live with themselves. Not for us to judge.
Thanks Dan,
Saved $180 on parking my vehicle over Xmas week at JFK. We will toast you over pizza when on vacation. To be safe, we will make a refundable reservation elsewhere. Have a great Shabbos.
@Moe: Got the same message
@Dan waiting for your Cavs update?
@Yitz:

Worked like a charm for me, I used it last night in NYC for a few hours with no problem.
Thanks Dan

all parking passes have been canceled!!!
Received email that it has been cancelled. I had booked for 2 weeks near jfk over pesach.
I only got the email once. Does it apply for all the reservations? I wonder what would happen if you used the parking pass. Its still in my account.

CONFIRMED with a call… the GRAVY pass was only for one-day parking. So they are killing anything more (bad promotion… too bad)
Mine got cancelled . Oh well…. a week in lga airport for free was too good to be true :’)
Nothing in DTW 🙁
If I didn’t get a cancellation email, do you think it means it’s still valid?
I never got a cancellation email and I already parked. I have to pick up my car tomorrow. I bet they charge me full price. How do I fight this?
I reserved a spot in Newark on November 19th with this promo code for this week (12/24 – 12/31) in Newark (park plus) and didn’t pay anything at check out!!!
Thank you Dan!
