Made a $200 purchase yesterday. Can I request to cancel/repurchase and then be eligible for both offers.
You’re a lucky guy, Shmuli. I’ve been enrolled in the program for months and have never received a single offer. I even chatted with eBay about it and they said I’m in enrolled in the program, so nothing is awry on the back-end.
