CHASE knew NOTHING about the $15 credit and refused to adjust my account. Yesterday a credit did post but said “VISA Checkout” in the description. The charge had been for the charitable donation which was fine if I had needed to actually pay it.

So I had 1 card left to do the deal on, and had trouble placing my newegg order. At 11:57-58 it finally went through but it took newegg a few minutes (12:03)to actually send an email that payment was charged.
When looking at my pending Freedom charges it shows as Jan 1. Would that work?

i placed two orders on zulily (one on the 28 and the other on the 30). the one on the 28 just posted at 1/3 and the one on the 30 hasn’t posted yet. any chance of me getting the credit?

As per the Visa Checkout promotion (https://checkout.visa.com/campaign/us/en/chase/freedom-statement-credit/index.jsp#terms), I placed a single order on your website in the amount of $15.48 which would be eligible for a statement credit of $15 when using Visa Checkout for a transaction of at least $15.
For some reason Newegg splitted the order which I now realise that the credit card was charged in 2 seperate transactions that were less than $15 each. That caused me not to be eligible to get the statement credit.

Is there any thing I can do about it?
