i tried a transaction and they only applied 5% off. i’m waiting online to talk to them, but now the deal is sold out.. i wonder if they will still be able to sell it to me or offer me some sort of credit.
when I entered code for garden of eat-in deal, it only took off 10%
I chatted w cust svc. they advised me that since the garden of eat-in deal is comprised of 2 vouchers, the promo code will only discount one “unit” so it will only take 10% off your order. Be advised!
I tried to order the sweet choice deal. Should have gotten $3.60 off not $1.20. When I called them the rep. told me I could do it through him. He never said anything about units. I asked them when they would be fixing this glitch since it is misleading to customers.
