Hi, don’t know where the right place to post this is.. but just wanted to get the word out to people with macy’s cards and those looking in to it! DON’T GET ONE! SHUT IT DOWN! i opened a macy’s card in september to get the 20% off my items and paid my purchase right there and then in the store. i later returned the items and somehow because i returned it i owed them 9 bucks! don’t ask how something to do with bying it on sale and now that i no longer have the item i owe them money…. made no sense to me…anyways i was under the impression that i had paid of my bill so the lady in the store told me … well two months later i get a phone call from macys telling me i owe them like 50 bucks i called them back to find out what was happening and they sed i owed them money cus i returned my items and since i didnt pay it i now have a huge late fee..i was very upset and i let them know that so they waved the fees but i was told i need to pay the nine dollars so i went to a macys store and told the lady i wanna pay of the 9$ that im not sure how i owe it (she didnt know why either). i told her to make sure i dont owe anything else … and she did … some how a few months later i owe them five dollars and they are charging me more fees!!! its never ending with them!
PEOPLES FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DONT OPEN A MACYS CARD- THEYLLE SCREW YOU AND YOUR CREDIT SCORE FOR YEARS ITS NOT WORTH THE TWENTY PERCENT OFF!
