I was in Target today loading a vanilla Visa to my redcard. After the transaction went through a little paper printed telling the customer service that you can only use a debit card with your name on it and not a gift card. The lady said that from now on, you can’t use a gift card to load. The point, is even gift cards on the redbird are going to become very difficult to load over the next few weeks as the cashiers start getting told from Target corporate not to accept them.

I ordered over 12 hours ago and did not receive any email – not a purchase confirmation, not the gift cards. The charge is showing as pending, so it did get processed. Normal for Staples?
