does the tjmax card work for marshalls and homegoods?

Joe S

How long are these discounts good for?

Justin

Highly discourage working with CardCash. Still working through an absolutely nightmare experience with them.

We bought a GC for NY & Company. They mailed us a “Merchandise Credit” card, which is not a GC. It had someone’s name on it too. We used it at a NY & Company, and the staff called us criminals, because these are stolen cards. They didn’t allow us to use the card.

Second problem is our Citi Plat charged us a cash advance fee, saying it ran as a Cash Advance. So got charged an additional $12.

We returned the cards, they finally refunded us but it’s $20 short, so waiting again for their response.

Once we get a full refund we have to figure out how to get the refund of the cash advance from CitiBank.

Why would CitiBank charge a Cash Advance from CardCash? We had purchased many times with Citi Cards and it never ran as a Cash Advance.

@Dan would love your advice if you have a moment.

Tom Brady

@Justin:
So that you don’t run into that problem in the future, message Citi and have them set your cash advance line to $0.

1. WHAT IS A PRINTABLE E-CARD
2. HOW LONG IS IT GOOD FOR (DOESNT SAY ON WEBSITE)

I used them once before and had an issue as I had seen them promise almost immediate delivery of e card/credit and needed to place an order that was time sensitive. I did not end up getting the credit/ecard delivered in time, Cardcash did get back to me and were pretty good about refunding me in a timely fashion.

Moishe

I’ve ordered from them 3-4 times when there’s been an addition discount and never had a problem

@TED CRUZ:

WHAT IS A PRINTABLE E-CARD

=> It’s a Card that’s printable 🙂

Ok ok. it’s an electronic (or digital) card that’s printable. That’s it.. literally.

Anonymous

@Moishe: are you the person who works for cardcash? You seem to be the only one who has good feedback
took me over a month to straighten out my issues with s purchase

JJ

@Anonymous: As you can see from these comments as opposed to previous ones, almost everyone has had their problems resolved.

CardCash made a deal with Walmart black friday season and greatly overwhelmed their infrastructure. There is always a known risk when dealing with a reseller of pre-owned gift cards. That is why they have a time limited money back guarantee. The main thing is now they have restructured and are getting issues resolved much faster and more efficient.

I hope it works for them.

Anonymous

@JJ: I find it interesting that you feel having this many issues to resolve is acceptable. I also would be interested to know your relationship with the company as you seem to have alot of information.

JJ

@Anonymous: I typed up this post. And I explained the issues arose because of being overwhelmed from the Walmart deal. And now that they restructured I hope it works better for them.

Anonymous

@JJ: I hope things have changed as even the special email for dansdeals consumers was difficult. I’m always up for a good deal but sometimes the time invested is not worth the savings.

ordered many times from them and never had a problem great service!

to b honest

ive ordered thousands of dollars thru card cash… didnt have any problems… tho due to the volume, i was dealing with a personal sales agent there and not thru their site (was a great way to use visa gcs i got at staples)…
since then ive ordered from their site where hey promise immediate email delivery , one time it ended up coming via snail mail, and other time it came many hours later… not so terrible except due to the nature of my business i need the cards asap… also there are other reputable sites where instant delivery is almost always within 15 min…
that all wouldnt even be comment-worthy, except for the following: in the past, ive seen when they offer ‘sales’ and ‘promotion codes’for additional %% cheaper, ive noticed that all they do is raise the price (lowering the %% off) and then the code makes it back to regular price (basically)…
i wouldnt normally post a comment to affect some1 business, but as a ‘frum’ owned and reputable company i would expect allot more from them (note: in this particular sale, you are advertising CVS @ 16% off (with the code)… pretty certain ive seen then close to 20% without any sale)
And if this is the way they chose to run their business, at least this website should not b promoting them

Anonymous

@to b honest: Sale prices and inventory fluctuate all the time. And that is reflected in the pricing.

Jeremy

@to b honest I’m a rep from the company, the one who answers the dansdeals@cardcash.com emails. I’ve never commented on the forum before though your comment warrants a response.

For starters we have never sold CVS cards at 20% off-16% is in fact the best deal we have ever offered on Dansdeals or anywhere else.

In the secondary market prices tend to fluctuate-while we used to offer Starbucks at 25% off through DD, it’s currently 8% off on our site. It’s not Uber-like surge pricing but it varies greatly based on our inventory.

Whenever we offer a deal through our partners like DD it is always better than what has been offered on our site for at least 2 months prior.

@Jeremy
The issue is not the Price, Just the customer service!!!!
