@sarah – should still work. The layout of the site is poor so it is confusing. Look at the total, should reflect the right price.

@David: I had the same issue so i called the the 800# and they processed the order over the phone with the same promo codes and discounts

I ordered even when the first code “freeship25” didnt work.
I called them up with the new code and they were very kind and added the new free shipping code. no need to cancel the order. Phone call took about 2 min

tried to place the order serveral times with different card numbers and it didnt go through. Called them and the first rep said they were out of stock. Called once more and they placed the order for me on the phone with the coupons, so thanks!
