If it says to wait to request that means someone else has it in their cart until the time expires as shown. It will change to sold out if they actually book it.
The reason it’s so cheap is that they need to ferry the planes anyway for customers paying the big bucks so they offer deals that change daily based on where they need to ferry the planes.
If you’re looking for a return flight, there are 5 seats available to fly back from Chicago nonstop to Toronto on Friday at 6am or 2 seats on Thursday at 6am in business class for 9K BA Avios plus $5.60 per person.
