Btw, the Apple Store will change yours for free if it is out of shape (i.e.: not actually broken in 2)

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer
In other words, it’s made by the original manufacturer (for this product it is Apple) and not by another company.

Note that these do not come with the outlet plug in connection.

Is there any way to cancel my ebay order once I completed the order?

Selling at $5.99. That means after eBay and Paypal fees, plus shipping costs, hes walking away with roughly $4. You’d assume he would want to make at least $1 on each one, that means hes getting them for MAX $3.
I’d be pretty skeptical…

those are not brand new, those are customer returns sold in “bulk” without packaging. Apple doesn’t sell the products in bulk even for mass distributors.
