Do you know how long it takes for the credit to appear. I *hate* paperless billing and would like to switch back to paper ASAP.

Also as far as the card goes, after I get the bonus points for this card would you say the other benefits justify keeping the card long term and paying the $89 fee annually, or should I downgrade the card before paying the fee and then use that card to get a Hawaiian, lufthansa, or another US Airways if it’s still around in 25 days?

I have added my self as an authorized user on my own Amex accounts ,(im the primary user as well)
But I have created for each additional card a seperate account ,because I wanted to be able to take advantage of every cards offer seperetlly ,(didn’t know by that time your trick from muti tabs on one browser) now I wana merge them into one account may I call them to ask them to do that from point of view that they will see I’m an additional on my own account ?
What should I tell them when they ask me why I did additional under my own name ?

@Don: b4 u login on ur mobile phone, go to the bottom of the page and switch to full site. Them login and it will come up. I had the same issue and tried that an it worked

@Don yes on a mobile browser it won’t pop up unless you use “Puffin browser” which works like a desktop browser. Also if you did one account already and you want to do another one you might need to log in in incognito mode that it should pop up again.

JOE: I told them that I didn’t think the fee was worth paying because they companion pass benefit was going away. The CSR waived it without a further comment. They seem to be under instructions to hand out waivers to whomever requests it.

Thanks, Dan. On my newest US Airways card, this will bring my spend to negative $20. Will the fact that I made that first purchase for $5, and paid the $89 annual fee, still get me the 50K miles bonus? Or do I need to spend another $21 or so?

No luck with 3 different reps telling me you cant get the signup bonus without paying the annual fee. Any advice?

I did the same as some of the above and didn’t received the $25 offer. Than i remembered that i have a ad pop up blocker on my browser, i disabled it on the site and it popped up.

Just closed my card a few days ago. I can still see the offer and was able to sign up for it.
But since I can’t make a purchase, I guess I’m out of luck.

Sorry if it’s been stated,but I could not find the offer then realized I had already signed up for paperless statements. I cancelled paperless, logged out and when I logged in, the offer was there.

try a different browser. It worked on my account in chrome but didnt work in my wifes account in chrome (she tried first).

Then we tried hers in ie and it worked like a charm.

To those not seeing pop-up after cancelling paperless and the re-enrolling, try clearing your cookies. I did that in Chrome and the offered then popped-up.

if you don’t get the pop-up for the $25 credit just log out and re-log in. i just did that and it worked!

I spent $1 on the card a few weeks ago and still never got the credit. I also was never charged the annual fee, will these post when my first statement hits?

I also tried every permutation listed (cleared cookies, allowed pop up, multiple browsers, two cards) with no success. My guess is that this deal is dead one day early.

Followed up with a call to customer service. They couldn’t get me the $25 credit, but offered 2500 points instead. Thanks Dan!

Ha! I didn’t get the paperless offer either, so I called and the rep manually updated my account to give me the $25 credit. I couldn’t get the $89 fee to be waived, though. 🙁

how do I switch between cards? I tried but wasn’t able to. I did call customer service and they said the 25 credit is linked with the online account/email address so I wouldn’t be able to get 25 for each card. Curious what u meant Dan.
