Hey Dan, any idea why this seat is a good deal at over $150, when the number 1 convertibel car seat seller on Amazon (the evenflo tribute found here http://www.amazon.com/dp/B006PB2B6O/?tag=cl03f-20 is only $55 and seems to do the same thing?

@Dan: With all due respect to disagree with you Dan, why are you comparing the Recaro to a much better phone? When buying a cheap phone you know you are getting less features, why is the Recaro so much better? I personally don’t have either of these car seats, but when comparing the reviews it appears that the Evenflo isn’t much less of value that it should be worth to spend the extra $110. I think @sincerely confused has a point!
