Double redeemable miles on all AA flights through 12/31/09 for CT, NJ, and NY residents based on the address on file for your AAdvantage account.
These are not elite-qualifying miles, but they will count towards lifetime AA million miler status. With my lifetime Platinum status this means I could get 300% base redeemable miles on AA flights…

would it be too late to move to NJ, CT or NY? 🙂
@mux:
I obviously can’t guarantee anything, but I’d wager that it’s not too late as long as you move before registering…
Would I still get double points if I book the flight through Orbitz and use my advantage number?
Considering that you have 2 million miles already (unless you burned them already)… Add to that your track record for actual paid flights with AA… Add to that your deep feelings for continental status for the year ( maybe you could even make gold).. I don’t see our man in C-Town making much use of this promo.
@Jo:
Yes.
@Is someone moving out of c town?:
I’m only regretting not booking the AA tickets to Brazil for $290 now.
Getting 30K+ miles for the RT flight would probably have pushed me to book a mileage run…
I tried to move to NY by using one of our office’s address in NJ. Got the msg saying that they can not verify the address. No luck.
Unless your planning a continued honeymoon to Brazil…. when do you have time for that?
🙂
dan, thanks!I live in NY and have already booked two flights for later this year.
hey speaking of continental status, are there any deals or promotions out there that would help out with gaining extra mileage.
