To use Chromecast, the TV needs to be a “SmartTV” no? It needs to be connected to WiFi or with an Ethernet cable to allow Chromecast to work. This product cannot be connected to the Internet via WiFi or an Ethernet cable.
@IB chromecast has its Wi-Fi chip so no need for a smart tv just any device with an HDMI input

Walmart.com is always matching Amazon prices. That doesn’t mean it’s not a deal.
The fact that it’s well below the average price and is a record low price for both stores means it’s a deal.
Plus for those of us in states where Amazon doesn’t charge sales tax it’s a great deal.
And anyone can save at Amazon with an Ink or Freedom card.
