This is likely a TN panel, which means that it will look okay and not “color-shift” depending on the angle, only if you’re looking more or less head-on. This is also okay if you do not care for any real color accuracy.
It’s probably wiser to spend a little more for a monitor with either an IPS panel or a *VA panel where the viewing angle won’t change the colors and the color accuracy will gernerally be richer and more accurate.

Most people aren’t viewing computer monitors from awkward angles, not sure IPS is really worth the extra dough.
