I used the previous generation of this camera/camcorder, the E1, earlier this year in Hawaii.  The underwater snorkeling videos with schools of colorful fish and massive turtles are simply awesome.  Besides for that it’s a really slick-looking camera/videocamera and it records right onto a cheap SD card.  The E2 adds a much better camera sensor and more megapixels to the previous E1.
